company. Karen Lee Summerville ("Wife") appeals from the trial court's order restricting the duration of the maintenance award
to thirty-six months, finding certain real estate parcels acquired after the marriage to be non-marital property and denying
her request for an award of attorney's fees. Judgment is affirmed in part and reversed and remanded in part.
